Utilities $600.00/month covers (water, trash, sewer, propane, electricity, Internet) with a flex clause that states if you go past $600.00/month in utilities you are responsible for the balance
Landscaping is included and will be done weekly.
Periodicity home owners come into town from Hawaii to visit family and will stop by the residence with proper notice to check on inspect and maintain the property. Garage and basement are not included in this rental owners use this space for personal storage.
This is plenty of parking to include a large carport with two parking stall for your use.
