Tenants are responsible for all utilities. "Monthly rent is $2,400. Security deposit is $2,400. Applicants must have minimum gross monthly household income of $6,000, which is 2 and a half times the monthly rent. All adults aged 18 or older who will occupy the property must submit a separate rental application and meet minimum qualification requirements. Minimum 640 FICO credit score required for each adult applicant. All applicants are subject to credit, background, and eviction screening. Income must be verifiable. Applicants may be required to provide recent pay stubs, W-2s, employer verification,2-6 mos. bank statements, tax returns, or other documentation. Self-employed applicants may be required to provide the last two years of signed tax returns and recent 6 mos bank statements. Property viewing requirement: at least one adult applicant must personally tour the property with the landlord or property manager before an application is considered. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to owner approval and breed / weight restrictions. Additional pet rent and or a pet deposit may apply. Applications will be evaluated in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
