Lease terms

Monthly rent for this property is $2600 including eletric bill of $200. Renter shall pay a security deposit of $1600 plus 1 month rent, and non-refundable pet deposit of $300, which are due at move-in. A late fee of $65 will apply if rent is not received 2 days of the due date, and $5 per every additional day of late payment. Landlord is responsible for electricity bill include in base rent. Renter is financially responsible of water, sewer, trash, internet and pest control bills. The property is dog-friendly with Landlord approval, and monthly pet fee is $25. However, Renter is fully responsible for any damages caused by pets, occupants, or guests, including damages inside or outside the property. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the property and surrounding areas. Renters agrees to maintain the property in clean condition and shall be financially responsible for any repairs, excessive cleaning, property damage, or maintenance issues caused by negligence or misuse during the lease term. Unauthorized occupants, illegal activity, or violation of lease terms may result in penalties or termination of tenancy as permitted by law.
