Large 5 bedroom, 3 baths and two car attached garage with secluded single family home. two story with basement. main floor has one bedroom, one family room, laundry and 3/4 bath, upper living area floor has large open concept room with kitchen with island countertop and white cabinet and tile floor, white appliances, large living room (fireplace) and dining room with also one large bedroom and a full bath and then finish with a master suite with its own 3/4 bath; downstairs consist of a open small storage area, and two large bedrooms (approximately 200ft2 each). heating is very efficient two year new heat pump that will also act as air conditioning in the summer. washer and dryer are provided but repair is tenants responsibility. Tenants pay for all utilities (water/sewer/garbage; electricity, etc) living area is 2000 ft2 plus two car garage of 500 ft2 extra total 2500 ft2 large yard with one large deck over looking golf course and two small decks for your private enjoyment and BBQ I am currently cleaning and do some touch painting and yard work and minor repair Least is minimum one year with fund required at move in is first month ($4000), and security deposit $4000 (Last month's rent 4000, plus pet deposits if any) application requirement: all 18 year or older applicant must submit COMPLETE application with Zillow tenant screening, incomplete listing of applicants on rental application form and/or any incomplete applicant form and or payment will be considered an incomplete application and will not be processed and the next in line applicant will have the chance be considered instead. screening criteria include passing credit check (680 or higher) ; good rental history; good employment history fro all tenants, sufficient gross income level (gross income from all parties should be 350% of monthly rent pet is welcome with some breed exception, please let me know so I can clarify breed requirement. pet deposit require for $500 per pet plus month pet fee $30 per pet, max 2 pets
