Tenant Pays: All utilities (gas, water, electric, garbage) and snow removal Owner Pays: HOA dues and internet Parking: Driveway parking for up to four vehicles. There is no fee to apply. Each adult over 18 must submit a separate application. No pets. No smoking is allowed inside the home. After review of application(s) we will run a credit and background check.
