This is a NON Smoking unit. Pet upon approval ( cat, tank, terrarium or caged ). Pet fee for cat $30/monthly. The townhouse has 2 off the street parking spaces in front of your covered porch for easy entry. New carpet just installed. New vinyl in entry-way, kitchen and bath, and new window treatments throughout. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
