You need to make income that is 3x of rent. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. Tenants pay electricity, water and trash. Landscaping included in rent. If tenant maintains the home, it is $775 a month. Otherwise, it's $875 a month. Need first, last month rent plus one month security deposit to move in. 2 pets maximum. One time $150 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. If there are appliances in the home, they are provided for convenience of tenants. We don't replace or repair any appliances. You would need to bring your own appliances if not working.
