Relax in a spacious living room with laminate flooring and a new ceiling light fan. Eat your meals in the quaint dining area next to a remodeled natural light-friendly kitchen (new cabinets, granite countertops, faucet/sink, ceramic tile flooring). Each bedroom includes a new ceiling light fan, laminate flooring, fresh window curtains, a walk-in closet (master bedroom). Application Process (Background/Character/Credit Checks Are Mandatory - No Exceptions) - If still interested after an in-person tour, I require all interested adults separately complete a rental application form and co-signer application form if applicable (I work paperless as much as possible and will email both forms if you provide/confirm your email address), provide me front/back copies of your driver's license (valid state ID or passport will also suffice) and social security card, respectively, copies of up to four of your most recent paystubs (explain if you're unable to provide this), and a $40 non-refundable fee per adult for the purpose of running the background/character/credit checks (this can easily be sent electronically via Paypal or Zelle - details provided upon request). Once I receive all of that and the results of the background/character/credit checks are to my liking, I require a final casual in-person meeting to get a better idea and read of you. If I'm comfortable with you at that point, then we can proceed with renting the apartment.
