One King bedroom, one Queen bedroom. You will walk in to a beautiful mountain condo where you can start your fun right off the bat. The home is furnished, all your bedding, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, all kitchen supplies (even all the spices you need if you want me to leave them). Extra bedding, towels, and more. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and all the cookware you will need. You will have comfort from the moment you move in and a beautiful view of Park City Ski Resort!
This rental may only hold a maximum of 6 people. This is for fire code. If more than 6 people are found to be staying (it is monitored), it will be grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of deposit. Lease must be 4 months minimum.
I intend your move in to be smooth without having to run to get essentials when you get to your new home! All the supplies will most likely get you through the month, but they will give you a great head start without having to worry when you get here! This has been my home for 15 years and honestly, it's hard to let go, and I am looking for the right fit of tenants to take care of it while I am away.
Walk to everything from this location! No car needed! Walk to the chair lifts at Park City Mountain Village, grocery store, drug store, Starbucks, UPS/FedEX, library, restaurants, bars, post office, Main Street (it is also right on the main FREE bus line as well). It does come with a safe place to park 2 cars in front as well. PRIME parking that is hard to find in Old Town. Also, City Park is in your backyard as well!
Brand new windows to keep out heat. No A/C but only upstairs room can get warm with brand new AC unit. Brand new flooring, all appliances, and everything you need to just bring your personal things.
There is TV in Mater and living room, with free basic cable and the ability to connect to streaming (except the downstairs room which has no TV installed, but is capable of having one). Wifi, water, trash disposal, snow removal, and parking included with rent. Utilities (gas and power) are negotiable to be included depending on price, lease legnth, or to pay for what you use.
Rent and deposit due at signing. Deposit will cover cleaning and a receipt will be provided and remainder of deposit will be refunded within 10 days.
There will be a handyman on call in case of any emergencies if I am not in town.
