Special deal for military and first responders Property: Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the premises located at [Address], Texas, including all fixtures, furniture, and appliances provided by Landlord, for the term commencing on [Start Date (TBD)] and ending on [End Date (TBD)].
