Zillow applications are not accepted. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. One pets are allow with a weight limit of 50 lbs. and our pet rent is $50.00 a month per pet. Due to the fact that people have not been showing up to scheduled appointments, we will be calling you an hour prior to your appointment.
