Terms at 13827 Flagstone Dr

Lease Terms and Conditions: Lease Duration: 1 year, with option to renew upon mutual agreement. Rent and Utilities: Tenant is responsible for paying water and electricity bills directly to the utility providers. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 5th. Late fees of $150 will be applied after the 5th of the month. Property Maintenance: Tenant agrees to replace air filters as needed, at least every 3 months. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the front yard & back yard, including regular mowing and basic landscaping. Any major repairs or maintenance issues must be reported to the landlord immediately. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and within 25 feet of any entrance. Lease Termination: Tenant must provide a 60-day written notice before terminating the lease. Early termination will result in a fee equal to two months' rent, in addition to rent owed through the notice period. Security Deposit: Equal to first & last month's rent, to be returned within 30 days of move-out, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
