We are a private and quiet motel.… This Aparthotel-studio unit with a full kitchen room rents out by the week (7 days) upto 29-consecutive days at $65/day plus TOT tax with a major credit card (no debit cards) and $500 security deposit. If needed beyond the initial 29-day stay, we can approve an Extended Stay (that is permitted via California Code Section 1904.1) with a soft-credit and background check at the rate with Rent=$1590/month for stays 3 months or more and $1890 for stays between 1 to 3 months, Security Deposit equivalent to one-month rent, tax exempt after 29-consecutive days: Maximum occupancy 1 or 2 people; $125 extra for 2nd person; All Utils Paid.

DESCRIPTION:

The well cared for unit comes with it's own parking space and utilities included (water, trash, electric, gas). NO PETS. Space suited for Single Occupancy; Maximum is strictly 2 people. These units of the Vintage Motel (New Star Motel) are residental-like studios; so there are no motel amenities included. No laundry facilities on site. No internet or phone services provided. WIFI/Internet available in area at separate cost. Gardening areas available. Residents will be provided with House Rules prior to renting. It's hard to find your own private room with your own kitchen area in this price range so make sure to jump on this great opportunity now. NO PETS. NO SMOKING on premises, including inside unit.
