Lease terms

Typical lease terms are 12 months, other terms can be discussed at other rates. We do a separate application/background check that is through Rent Perfect. Please send your email and phone number and we will send you a link to complete. Any applicants signing the lease must do the application/background check. Once the application/background check is complete and you are approved for the home, we can set up the earliest available walk through of the new home if it is not occupied. You are welcome to drive by the home prior to completing an application so you have a general overview understanding of the area and the home. Please do not disturb any current occupants. These homes are very well built and energy efficient. A family of 6 has reported a monthly average of approx. $230 for Electricity, Water, Sewer, Gas, and trash. Many other homes this size would be well over that just for electricity! A pet fee of $250 per pet is non-refundable, and an additional $50 per month per pet. For pet owners Tenant must agree to have the home professionally cleaned prior to moving out. Home is in an HOA so Tenant must abide by HOA rules and be responsible for violations and fines for repeat violations etc. The garage is a 3 car tandem and there is space for at lease 2 cars/trucks in the driveway. No overnight street parking is allowed.
