Looking for long term tenant. Tenant qualifications/requirements: - No evictions ever, no exceptions. - No bankruptcies ever, no exceptions - Non-smoking/non-vaping (tenant cannot be smoker/vaper) - No drugs - Verifiable income 3 times the rent with sources of income for the last 12 months. Minimum income is $9,000/month. - Great landlord references (No recommendation or OK recommendation does not satisfy this criteria) - Good credit as reflected on the credit report - No violent, drug related, or child related convictions. Criminal background check is part of application process. - No more than 2 previous residences in the previous 5 years (exclusion for military members) - Must have renter's insurance. - Tenant responsible for care of unit and yard. If you do not want to care for the yard, tenant can hire someone to take care of the yard. No subleasing allowed. Maximum of 5 people. Application fee $35/adult. We perform credit and criminal background checks.
