Lease terms

A 12-month lease is preferred, though flexible terms are available to accommodate graduate students and academic schedules. Rent is fully all-inclusive, with the owner covering heat, electricity, water, high-speed internet, and trash removal under a standard fair-use utility policy to ensure predictable monthly expenses. This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property, and ample paved driveway parking is provided on-site at no additional charge. Because this is a shared-living property (tenant have private access to upstairs, quiet hours are observed to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and study-friendly environment for both upstairs and downstairs residents, and large parties or disruptive events are not permitted. Please note that all tenants are required to obtain and maintain renters insurance prior to move-in.
