This home features no stairs, making all areas easily accessible. This entire home offers room to spread out and unwind. The main-level living area is open and air-conditioned, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one bright, connected space. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with space to gather around the dining table inside or enjoy meals outdoors. Bed linens and towels are included, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy outdoor spaces including a patio or backyard for relaxed afternoons, fire pit evenings, or casual grilling. A putting green adds a fun touch to downtime at the house, and outdoor furniture creates inviting spots to sit back and enjoy the coastal setting. Beach essentials are provided to make shoreline days easy and comfortable. Pets are allowed with prior written notification and approval, and a pet fee is applied. Located in Port St. Joe, affectionately referred to by locals as 'small town with a big heart,' this home offers a casual escape. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or enjoy a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina. Bugs are a natural and common occurrence in sunny Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Plumbing is extremely sensitive; do not pour or flush grease, glass, metal, plastics, sanitary napkins, seafood shells, diapers, rags, clothing, explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals down any drain, as a fine of up to $500 will apply. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. If an additional parking spot is needed, there is a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where extra parking spots can be found. During the day, parking is available in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Guests may risk getting towed if parking rules are violated.
