Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. Early arrivals and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours, but are not guaranteed due to a tight cleaning schedule and require advance approval. A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds. The primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. All dishes must be washed and the dishwasher run before departure. Windows should be kept closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Furniture should not be rearranged. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property; additional guests beyond the initial registration will incur a $100 per person charge and require prior approval.
