Tenant Responsibilities: 1. Tenant Screening and Application Fee: A $35 fee is required for tenant screening and the application process. This ensures a thorough evaluation of applicants. 2. Pet Policy: Small dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 per household. A non-refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet is due at lease signing.
