Lease terms

House trained pets are OK with pre-approval from landlord. In lieu of a nonrefundable pet deposit, $75 monthly pet rent is required for all dogs, cats, or similarly sized domestic pets. No dangerous or exotic breeds. Pet rent may be able to be negotiated based on size, quantity, and breed of pet(s) at the discretion of the landlord prior to leasing. No smoking inside residence. Lease duration is negotiable, up to 1 year. Tenant responsible for regular daily, seasonal care and maintenance of home and yard. One month's rent required up front for the refundable security deposit, to be refunded to tenant upon satisfactory move-out inspection at the expiration of the lease. At a minimum, tenant applicants must provide satisfactory references and prove at least twice (2x) monthly rent income verification, pass satisfactory credit check, background check, etc. using Zillow rental application process and submit a tenant application with Idaho Bliss Property Management to be considered.
