Month-to-month furnished rental Rent: $7,499/month Security deposit: $7,499 (one month's rent), subject to California law Minimum stay: 30 days Rent due: 1st of each month Notice to terminate: As required by California law and the rental agreement Utilities: Include water, trash, gas/electricity up to a reasonable monthly limit Wi-Fi: Included Parking: 3 spaces No parties/events No smoking No unauthorized occupants No subletting Pet policy: No pets are permitted on the property without the landlord's prior written approval. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the landlord's sole discretion. Any approved pet may be subject to additional conditions agreed upon in writing before the pet is brought onto the property. The tenant may not bring, house, or allow any pet on the property without receiving prior written approval from the landlord Mandatory Biweekly Cleaning: The rental property is professionally cleaned every two weeks to maintain the condition of the furnished home. The tenant is responsible for a cleaning fee of $200 per cleaning, payable as part of the rental payment arrangement. The cleaning service includes routine cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and other commonly used areas.
