Property & Noise Notice This unit is located within a hotel property. Neighboring units above, below, or beside your rental may be occupied during your stay, and noise levels may vary accordingly. Housekeeping, Inspections & Damages A full inspection will be completed prior to arrival and again upon departure. Any damages occurring during the tenancy will be charged to the tenant in full. Housekeeping service, linen exchange, and supply replenishment are not included during the rental period. Town of Wells Ordinance Requirement In accordance with Town of Wells regulations, occupancy may not exceed 28 consecutive nights without renewal procedures.
