This home is very close to downtown Alachua in a good neighborhood. It is solid block and was painted two years ago. The interior is in very good condition. It has all tile and wood flooring throughout and there's an extra room that is 250 ft. and a laundry room and a screened in porch and the front and backyard are screened with fencing. It will be available the first week in May. I'm not able to show any interior photos, as there are tenants still living there
