If there are co-Applicants, the requirement is not $8,850 per co-applicant; rather, the co-applicants' incomes will be combined to determine whether the $8,850 threshold is met. - Excellent tenant history, as evidenced by, for example, positive references from recent landlord(s) - Never been sued by a landlord - No prior, or underway, evictions - Will agree to refrain from smoking inside the condo - Will agree to obtain renter's insurance - Prior to move-in, payment of $8,845 (first month's rent, last month's rent, and $2,945 security deposit) Possibly-Needed Supplementary Documentation: - Contact information for applicant's two most-recent landlords - Three months' of the most-recent bank statements for personal account(s) or most-recent tax return filed - One month of the most-recent pay stubs, if available - Front and back of unexpired government-issued photo identification (e.g., Driver's License)
