Single bedroom with large closet available in four bedroom house near downtown Savannah Security deposit plus first month's rent needed to move in. W 51st and Montgomery, across the street from Montgomery Hall, the SCAD Game Design Building. $500 per month. I provide free WiFi, and Netflix. Utilities (gas, electric, and water) are split 4 ways. $117 per month. It is a spacious house with an interesting layout. 4 private bedrooms with locking doors, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a back yard. It is in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. The house is fully furnished, including dishes. The bedroom is not. I own the house and occupy one of the rooms, so if anything breaks, I'm on sight to fix it. The other roommates are young professionals/students. We get along well and mind our own business. I am looking for a new member of the household to maintain the relaxed atmosphere we have. No pets please. I have a cat. He is great with people but does not play well with other animals.
