12 Month lease. NO PETS NO SMOKING Resident will be responsible for all utilities. Applicant must provide proof of income showing at least 3 times the rent amount. Applicant must have rental references with positive rental history. Applicant must have very good credit. We run credit and criminal background checks. There is a 40.00 tenant screening fee for each adult. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. Applicant must provide current photo identification and a valid social security number. Renters Insurance is required.
