Lease terms

Rent is $1800/month with $1800 security deposit, plus utilities (water, power, natural gas, garbage). Rent is due on the first of the month and late after the 5th of the month. $100 late fee if rent is not received in full by the 5th. Rent must be paid electronically to the landlord's bank account (Zelle). Lease duration is 10-12 months. There is an $1800 fee for early termination of the lease. Tenant is responsible for lawn and landscape maintenance. There is a storage shed with shared access with landlord; 50% for the tenant. There is a small basement storage area available to the tenant. There is a workshop on the property, which the tenant will not have access to. Landlords retain access to the workshop. The property may not be used for a customer facing business operation (eg store or restaurant). Limit of six inhabitants (adults and children). Note: The property is being rehabbed. Property will be offered clean and uncluttered. Some furniture items may remain on site if desired.
