Pet Policy: $100/month per approved pet. Move-Out Cleaning: Tenant agrees to have the estate professionally cleaned upon move-out by the owner's preferred cleaning team (an itemized receipt will be provided). Furnishings & Customization: The estate is offered fully furnished. If a tenant requests the removal of any existing furniture, the tenant is entirely responsible for all professional moving labor and monthly climate-controlled storage costs required to safely store the items, as well as the cost to professionally return and reset them at move-out. Tenant Screening Criteria & Standards Income & Credit: Verifiable gross income of at least 2.5x the initial monthly rent ($19,375/month minimum) and a 680+ credit score. Property Rules: Strictly non-smoking on the estate. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
