Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, and any other applicable services. Pets are negotiable and subject to landlord approval. If approved, additional pet fees, deposits, or monthly pet rent may apply. Tenant is responsible for any damages caused by pets. Lease duration to be specified in agreement (e.g., 12 months unless otherwise stated). A security deposit is required prior to move-in. Amount will be outlined in the lease agreement and may vary based on tenant qualifications. Rent is due on the agreed-upon date each month. Subletting or short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb) are not permitted without prior written consent from the landlord. No Smoking Permitted Inside. Renter's insurance is required to cover personal belongings and liability.
