Owner pays for garbage and snow removel of paved areas. Tenant pays for electricity used, water and internet. My husband an I, with our two large and friendly dogs, live next door. The total property is two acres and it in not fenced so if you have animals they would have to get along with our dogs. The tiny house is well insulated and has a mini-split for heating and cooling. It is fully furnished with a king size mattress, couch that folds into a full size bed, fridge, and toaster oven, two burner stove, full kitchen. There is a outside storage unit that is 12x12ft and plenty of room for parking, BBQ and outside furniture. We are looking for a long term tenant. 10 min from the town of Portola, 2 min from Lake Davis.

Directly off of Grizzly Rd/ plowed in winter. Property is in the forest but 2 minutes to Lake Davis and 10 minutes to the Middle Fork Feather river and downtown Portola. A peek at Crocker mt. and an aspen grove, and fall colors, in the backyard.
