Offering a private room with a shared bathroom, with all utilities and high-speed internet included in the rent! You will have full access to the shared living room, kitchen, and on-site laundry. The house is a very quiet, respectful environment. We have a strict no-smoking, no-drug, and no-pet policy. Light, social drinking is completely fine, but this is not a party house, so no heavy drinking. Please note that only street parking is available. Additionally, the house's central AC is currently out of order, but you are highly encouraged and welcome to bring your own portable AC unit for your room. We are looking for a clean, respectful roommate who consistently pays their rent on time.
