Lease terms

Lease Term: 12-month lease. Monthly Rent: $3,100, due on the 1st of each month. Security Deposit: $3,000, due prior to move-in. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, and any other services used at the property. Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, and anywhere on the property. Pet Policy: No pets of any kind are permitted on the property. Occupancy: Only approved occupants listed on the lease may reside at the property. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the landlord. Renter's Insurance: Tenant must maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term and provide proof of coverage prior to move-in. Late Fees: Rent not received by the due date may be subject to late fees as outlined in the lease agreement. Application Requirements: All applicants are subject to background, credit, income, and rental history verification.
