You will enjoy a great balcony where you can catch views of the lake as well as the sunsets. There is amazing light during the day and awesome night lights of the city.

Lastly, I couldn't rave more about the location of this building --corner of Clark and Schiller in the heart of Old Town. It could not be more centrally located and is extremely accessible for public transportation. The Red Line stop is 2 blocks south and there is a Divvy station on the opposite corner. Zip Car on the premises is rentable for any errands, trips to the suburbs, or anywhere out of town. It is a 15 min walk to both North Ave and Oak Street beaches. Only a 5 block walk east to the Lake Shore Path. 1 block walk to Wells Street with restaurants/bars such as Fireplace Inn, Vig, LGs, Declan's, Happy Camper, Small Cheval, Orsos, Topo Gigio, Woodies, Corcoran's and Utopian Tailgate!
