      Terms at 1360 Fama Dr NE

      Owner pays water bill and renter pays all utilities and lawn care is negotiable. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit of $500. ALL animals on property must be updated on all vaccines, and paperwork verifying all vaccines are updated including rabies standards for the state of Ga. Signs must be purchased by renter to be place on property allowing people accessing the property to know that there is an animal on the property. Homeowner will provide a washer and dryer however if the machine malfunctions owner has to right to remove the machines and not replace machines. The unfinished basement can be used for storage but at tenent's own risk. Any damage to the renters stored property or artifacts will be the tenent's responsibility, however any damaged caused to the homeowner from storing artifacts or property in basement will be an action to not get your deposit. A background, rental history and credit check is required and must be submitted and approved before moving in to the property. All street parking must park on side of the road that our home sites on and the car nose must face North Druid hills. NO SMOKING OR DRUGS EVER ON PROPERTY OR IN VEHICLES. IF VIOLATED YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM PROPERTY.
