Apartment with front and back entrances, in the safest possible neighborhood, 1BR/1BA with some original features and modern amenities, including central air and your own D/W and W/D in a Mid-City 1930 Arts and Crafts house just one block from Canal Street, the Murat-Street streetcar stop, and just a few blocks to Canal at Carrolton. This is a true 1 BR (not a shotgun layout), in a front/back double (this is the back side but has two courtyard entrances on either side of the apartment) and a little porch too. It is cheerfully-painted (as you can see from the pictures), you have your own washer/dryer, modern kitchen with dishwasher, plenty of closet space, gated common courtyard in the back, outdoor security lighting, and excellent tenants as your neighbors.
