The living room has a decorative mantle and windows overlooking the big front yard, and the office includes shelving and a small closet. The kitchen has new laminate flooring, a newer refrigerator (2025), and a brand new electric range (2026). The laundry room/ mudroom is off of the kitchen and has access from the back stoop. The washer and dryer will remain for tenant use, but these appliances will not be repaired or replaced if they malfunction. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and access to the spacious bathroom that includes a combination bathtub/ shower.
Hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom; new vinyl flooring in the eat-in kitchen. Water is included! Tenant responsible for all other utilities including electricity.
