Two-story apartment in a charming house with a big yard. The front entrance opens into the entry foyer with two closets and living room.… The bright kitchen has space for dining, and appliances include the electric smooth-top range and newer refrigerator (2025). The rear mudroom and laundry room offers great storage. The washer and dryer will remain for tenant use as a convenience, however, these appliances will not be repaired or replaced by the owner should they malfunction.
Both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the upper level, and stairs are between the living room and kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling and both bedrooms get great natural light. The upstairs hall has shelving for linens and a closet for each bedroom.
Hardwood floors are throughout most of the apartment; new vinyl flooring in the big eat-in kitchen. Water is included! Tenant responsible for all other utilities including electricity. Electric baseboard heat and no air conditioning. Landscaping included. Shared off street parking. No cosigners. No smokers. One small pet negotiable with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
