Furnishings & Condition * Unit is rented fully furnished as shown * Tenant agrees to: * Maintain furnishings in good condition * Report damage promptly Tenant is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. 6. Cleaning Expectations * Unit must be kept in clean and sanitary condition * Upon move-out: * Light cleaning required * Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive 7.
