The initial lease term is month-to-month. After 6 months, tenants can request a one year lease. Available for Rent Now: Single Family Home. This single-family home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two kitchens (could be used as in-law's suite). A large backyard, and appliances, including a nearly new washer and dryer. Rent: $1,850 per month Security deposit is required FREE Rental Application is required, at: Utilities: Not included Address is: 100s block of Columbia Avenue, Rochester, NY 14608 Rental application must be completed first before requesting to see the rental unit. Owner pays for water, and city trash/garbage disposal. Tenant pays for utilities, gas and electric, cable, internet or other utilities they may use. We do NOT accept cash or personal checks for rent payment. Hoarders are NOT allowed, no smoking, no loitering in/outside and around the property. Pets are not allowed, but assisted animals are allowed at $50 per month per each animal under 40 Ibs, $75 for animal over 40 Ibs. We DO NOT rent to anyone that has been previously evicted, regardless of the reason for eviction.
