Lease terms

Rental Terms: The minimum lease term is 12 months. The tenant(s) is responsible for paying all utilities, including but not limited to Electricity, Water, Garbage, and Sewer. In addition, tenant(s) is responsible for all lawn care. No Pets are allowed. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in or around the unit. A non-refundable application fee must be paid to a third party by each applicant aged 18 or older. No portable screenings. As required by RCW 59.18.257 consider this as notification that we do not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report. Applicants are subject to credit and background checks, employment and income verification, and rental reference checks. Good credit and a positive rental history are required. No application(s) will be accepted until the potential tenant(s) have toured the property by appointment only with Listing agent. First and last month's rent are due at signing, along with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Additional Non-refundable Cleaning Fee may apply. Renter's insurance is required.
