This villa is ideal for families and groups seeking a memorable vacation. This villa features dual downstairs master suites, each with a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The main level also includes a comfortable living room with ample seating, a 55" HDTV with premium cable, a fully stocked kitchen, and two screened porches. Upstairs, you'll find a second large living room with a sleeper sofa and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom, plus more porch seating off the second living room. Enjoy the convenience of using golf carts to explore the area, and take advantage of the provided dryer in each unit. Parking is available with one designated space per unit, and additional cars can park in unmarked spaces near the property building. Please note that no boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles may park in the community lots without prior approval from the Homeowner's Association. Located just a quarter-mile from downtown Surfside Beach and 1.5 miles from the pier, this villa offers convenience and relaxation. The Retreat at Glenn's Bay is situated on Glenn's Bay Road, a golf cart legal road with a 30 MPH speed limit. A left turn out of the complex leads you to downtown Surfside within 2 minutes, offering delicious eateries and nightlife. The Surfside Pier, with additional dining, ice cream shops, retail, and public beach access with golf cart parking, is about a mile beyond that. Three grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly less than 1/4 mile away and reachable by golf cart, are within a 10-minute drive. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Guests are asked to run dishes through the dishwasher and put them away, put towels in a pile in bathrooms, leave all bed sheets on beds with pillows, discard all food from the refrigerator/freezer and cabinets, discard all trash in the outside receptacle, turn off all lights and appliances, and set the A/C to 74 degrees. All doors and windows should be closed and locked upon departure. The pool is open from 9 AM to 11 PM, with no glass or pets allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age require a parent or guardian to be in the pool area. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies, and no portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the bright green dumpsters located at the end of the parking lot. No flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other hazardous articles are permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners regarding noise levels.
