Owner pays for all water, gas, electric and trash up to $300 per stay. Any excess will be deducted from deposit at move out. No pets, no smokers, no parties or events. More than two guests are $50 per person per day. Max occupancy is 4 guests overnight, 6 guests by day. Cleaning is required monthly at $300 per month; incremental cleaning is available for $100 as needed. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. A designated parking space is available in front of the casita. Kindly do not block driveway. Additional free parking is available on the street. Landscaping maintenance is provided by owner two times per month.
