As you step inside the front door, there is a mudroom with stone flooring for all of your wet gear in the entryway and in the laundry room downstairs. Upstairs you'll find the great room, kitchen, dining room and open loft.
Downstairs, the 2 King suites both include full bathrooms, TVs and large closet spaces.
Bedroom #3 is upstairs with a Twin bed and a Full Bed and desk next to the shared bath. Bedroom #4 is also called the bonus room with more beds, game table, kitchenette and full bathroom. This room is great for kids of all ages!
All of the linens are included for you with plenty of extras. The garage is available for you and there is plenty of convenient driveway parking for everyone.
Access to the Tahoe Donner amenities (not including daily fees) like the Trout Creek Rec Center is available with one-time $95 transfer fee. Trout Creek is 1 mile away by car or just an easy snowshoe through the greenbelt.
