Rental Terms - Month to Month lease with a preference for a longer term tenant - Tenant pays all utilities - No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property - Immediate move in available - Pets may be considered with additional deposit and prior written approval Applicant Qualifications Credit score of 700 or higher preferred Combined gross household income of at least two times the monthly rent Positive rental history and verifiable references No co-signers Clear source of income If any portion of an applicant's income derives from a public assistance program, the three-times-income requirement applies only to the tenant's portion of the rent after the voucher or assistance amount is deducted. Completed application required for every adult occupant age 18 and older Tenants must obtain renter's insurance naming the property owner as additional insured (minimum liability coverage of $300,000 recommended) Equal Housing Opportunity.
