No cats are allowed, and there is no garage access. Guests must be 21 years of age or older, and an individual of that age must be present throughout the reservation. Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms, with closed water bottles as an exception. Smoking is not permitted on the property; cigarette butts must be disposed of in the provided ashtray on the front patio, and additional fees will apply for stains or odors. Please pick up all trash before departing and place it in an outside trash can. Wash all dishes and run and unload the dishwasher if used. Do not open the windows due to extra security measures. Do not overload the washer/dryer, wash sandy beach items or towels in the units, and empty the dryer lint trap after every use, as additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. The storage room is to remain closed at all times. Consumables may be left behind by previous guests at the guest's discretion. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Parties are not permitted without host permission, and guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges if required. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if neighbors are disturbed. No illegal activity will be tolerated, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
