Renter is responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, water/trash. You must be able to get gas and electric utilities in your name. Renter's Insurance is required. The City of Dayton Utility Bill for monthly water/trash/sewer is currently $50/mo and is additional payment to landlord for the monthly rent. Household Pets: 1-2 neutered/spayed cat greater than one year old permitted. No other type of household pet. Re pets: $30/mo/pet fee and $250 non-refundable pet deposit for sanitation purpose.
