Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, this home offers access to a variety of local experiences. The surrounding residential neighborhood provides a peaceful setting while keeping you close to outdoor spaces, local restaurants, and notable beaches. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are required to report damages immediately. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. The home can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. The dedicated workspace provides flexibility for everyday tasks.
