Rental Term Flexible lease options are available. Tenants may choose either a month-to-month lease or a 12-month lease, depending on their needs. Longer stays are welcome. Rent is $2,800 per month, with a $400 utilities package, for a total monthly payment of $3,200. Furnishings The home is offered fully furnished and must remain furnished throughout the lease term. Utilities Included The monthly utilities package includes: Electricity Water High-speed internet Lawn mowing / yard maintenance Utilities are bundled for convenience so tenants do not need to establish their own accounts. Occupancy Limits The home may be occupied by no more than 6 residents. Reasonable short-term guests are permitted, but the home may not be used for events, large gatherings, or parties. Subletting Subletting or re-listing the property on short-term rental platforms (such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) is not permitted. The leaseholder must be the primary occupant. Smoking Policy This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Pet Policy Pets are welcome with responsible ownership. Up to 2 pets allowed (dogs or cats). Pets must be house-trained and well behaved. Standard vaccinations and local licensing should be up to date. Tenants are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive wear. The property includes durable flooring and outdoor space suitable for pets. Renters Insurance Tenants are encouraged to maintain renters insurance during the lease term to protect personal belongings and liability.
