Leasing requirements: - Credit score of 600 - Confirmed household income of $6,900/month; co-signers must demonstrate a monthly income or $11,500/month - Passing a criminal and credit background check - No evictions - Good previous landlord reports - Deposit-to-hold payment within 24 hours of lease offer We run a background/criminal/credit and income verification check through a protected site called RentPrep. This requires critical information such as drivers' license, social security number, and employer's contact information. This information is required and is not negotiable. Every adult will be screened at a cost of around $65 per adult.
