CONDICIONES DEL CONTRATO - El inquilino se compromete a pagar la renta mensual en la fecha acordada. - El inquilino se compromete a mantener la propiedad en buen estado y a reparar cualquier dano causado. - El arrendador se compromete a mantener la propiedad en buen estado y a realizar reparaciones necesarias. - Debido a que la propiedad se entrega completamente amoblada, el inquilino se compromete a: - Cuidar y mantener los muebles y electrodomesticos en buen estado. - No realizar cambios o modificaciones en los muebles y electrodomesticos sin la aprobacion previa del arrendador. - Reemplazar o reparar cualquier dano causado a los muebles y electrodomesticos durante el periodo de alquiler. - Dejar la propiedad en el mismo estado en que se entrego al final del contrato, excepto por el desgaste normal. _OTRAS CONDICIONES_ - El inquilino puede tener mascotas, pero debe obtener la aprobacion previa del arrendador. - El inquilino puede realizar mejoras en la propiedad, pero debe obtener la aprobacion previa del arrendador. - El inquilino se compromete a utilizar los muebles y electrodomesticos de manera responsable y a seguir las instrucciones del fabricante.
